Stephanie BakerWhy does it need to be questioned? It should be legal world wide1 · 6 days ago
Brian FullerIt is ironic, but this is how taxes are supposed to work. We shouldn’t be tailoring our tax code to only allow those who legalize it to have access to it’s taxes:
First, policy like that is how shit got so top-heavy in the first place, *and* allowed lobbying against pot to be effective, because the only voices for it were comparatively without political influence.
And second, if they see the boost in taxes, it might help create a legal precedence off of which to push for the spread of tax-incentivized legalization: it’s a lot easier to defend legalization against those who are against it if you can directly point to the good that it’s tax money is doing.1 · 7 days ago
Kevin SzakacsYou can vote to not allow it in your town but you can’t vote to hide state tax revenue from them. Seems like the rules you knew coming into this.6 days ago

Jon JohnstonI have heard the Gov and AG of each state to legalize marijuana say they will defend the voters will except Alaska….As well Alaskas marijuana roll out has been the worst of all the states so far. Is that the red and blue diff of who is in control and who stands with the majority1 · 2 weeks ago
We appreciate the efforts of Oregon lawmakers for working diligently on keeping cannabis consumers’ information safe. Those who have purchased cannabis under legal state’s jurisdictions shouldn’t be persecuted should the federal government decide to crack down. … See MoreSee Less
